General information about Bestorante online store

Bestorante service platform is produced by Restolution Ltd (business ID: 2927511-2). The products and services sold in the online store itself are produced by a company using the Bestorante platform, whose contact information is displayed on the front page of the online store.

 

How to order

The products are ordered on the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying them at the checkout service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities that arise in it, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and commit to the delivery terms in force at the time.

Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. The Paybyway Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of the Visma Pay. Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy is shown as the payment received in the bank account listing and in the invoice. Paying with Visma Pay is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.

 

The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade. You can choose from the payment methods shown below at the online store (excluding jousto).

 

 

Order and payment confirmation

After successful payment, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. To send confirmation messages, you must provide an email address when ordering.

 

Right of cancellation and return policy

The order for products and / or services is binding and cannot be canceled.

 

Unclaimed order
